SNSD appears on FHM Taiwan

SNSD is getting popular than ever with few appearances as evidenced in Japan and Taiwan.  SNSD’s present is felt all throughout Asia.  And now their on Taiwan’s FHM list of “100 Sexiest Woman in the World”.  They took the fourth spot and they’re together with Angelina Jolie and Megan Fox on the list.  They are also on the top list of most filmed female CF idols.

Big Bang’s Dazed & Confused pictorial

The all male group Big Bang did a photo shoot for Dazed & Confused.  The five boys were all present for the photo shoot and the members did great.

The boys had an amazing transformation for the photo shoot.  Fans and netizens were swooned and surprised with their new look for Dazed & Confused.  G-Dragon had the biggest transformation among the boys.  He now sport a long blonde hair.

Photographer Kim Jung Man did their pictorials.  It took twelve hours to complete the photo shoot.  The idea behind the photo shoot was to showcase the other side of Big Bang.  The members had fun and were enthusiastic the entire time.  A limited edition of 100 copies will be sold to fans.  Although this is a sad news we will be able to see the member’s personal photos in five volumes.

T-ara disco-themed comeback song “Roly Poly”

The all female K-pop group T-ara launched a comeback with their new hit single “Roly Poly”.  The song has a retro vibe with influence from the popular movie “Saturday Night Fever”.  The album is also entitled “John Travolta Wannabe”.  The album is largely influenced with disco vibe.

70s and 80s hit dance singles are incorporated into their album. They are also busy preparing for their biggest comeback.  They are learning the 80s fashion trend and listening to the dance hits and moves of the disco era.

The girls revealed the meaning of “Roly Poly” with their interview with Focus Newspaper.  A roly poly refers to a small insect which looks like a bug.  When disturbed or harmed the bug rolls up into a protective shell or ball making itself impenetrable.  When related to real life scenario it actually means being able to stay strong through the hardships of life.

Fans have been feeling excited with their comeback album.  The girls had been through a lot of changes the past year. Their was an adjustment with the leader role.  T-ara will be commencing with their Japanese promotion and they will unveil the Japanese version of “Bo Peep Bo Peep”.
