Korean Fashion Icons: G-Dragon, Big Bang and Super Junior

An episode in SBS’s E! TV “Star Q10” revealed the fashion style of some Korean idols.  Among the many K-pop idols G-Dragon was the most stylish.  Aside from him idols like Jang Geun Seok, Sohee and Yong Junhyung were also praised for their stylish image.

G-Dragon is a trend setter.  Many have followed his footsteps like Gagman Huh Kyunghwan who copied his fashion style in a parody.  His fashion style has been the inspiration by many Koreans and Japanese.  He was even on a list of why Korea is a great place.  G-Dragon has been in fashion photoshoots, magazine spreads, ads and fashion shows.

G-Dragon keeps on reinventing his fashion style and tries to keep up with the latest trends.

TOP for The North Face

Big Bang may have been out of the scene because of the suspension of Daesung but they are still busy with their individual activities and preparations.  TOP did a photoshoot for the brand The North Face.

TOP donned the latest outdoor apparel from The North Face.  The photoshoot was done in the lush forest which was the perfect backdrop for the theme.  Lee Yeon Hee is also a fellow model for North Face.

Super Junior Ambassadors for Korea’s tourism

The K-pop group Super Junior are the new ambassadors for Korea’s tourism.  SM Entertainment confirmed the good news.  During a press release, the K-pop group was given a plaque of appointment from the Headquarters of Korea Toursim Organization.

The group was chosen as the ambassador of Korea’s tourism after a result from a survey was revealed.  The survey was given to some foreigners and they were asked which stars would they want to travel with.

Leeteuk gave thanks to everyone who made them the ambassadors.  He mentioned that they will do their best to promote the beauty of South Korea.  An agreement between Korea Tourism Organization and SM Entertainment was made.  The agreement was all about the development of the entertainment industry.

SM Entertainment CEO Kim Youngmin have high hopes with the agreement.  He wants future collaborations with the fashion, tourism and music industry.
