The 2010 Melon Music Awards paid tribute to the top K-pop artists of today. Â It was held last December 15 at the Hall of Peace in Kyunghee University. Â The awards show started in 2009 and is one of the biggest award ceremonies in South Korea along with Mnet Asian Music Awards, Seoul Music Awards and Golden Disk Awards. Â The award calculates two factors for each winner. Â Digital sales and online votes makes up the award.
In attendance of the Melon Music Awards are the singing sensation Girl’s Generation, 2Ne1, Gummy,C.N. Blue, 2AM, IU and other more. Â Most attendees who walked the red carpet of the Melon Music Awards 2010 wore fashionable outfits, shocking hairstyles and stylish ensembles.
